Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced the condensing system. Tested all mechanical components. Checked R410 refrigerant levels. Tested compressor amperage and fan motor amperage. Changed the furnace filter that the customer provided. Refrigerant and components are in the accurate efficiency range. The system is clean, cooling, and working properly at this time. The customer renewed the VIP service plan. She will have this fall/furnace visit of 2025 and next spring/ac visit of 2026 prepaid. Performed free plumbing inspections.
