Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced the condensing unit. Tested all mechanical components. Washed the system completely out. Tested compressor and fan motor amperages. Checked R410 refrigerant levels. The system is clean, cooling, and operating properly at this time. Performed a free plumbing inspection. The customer will renew VIP service plan in the fall for the furnace visit of 2025.
