After a plumbing leak, the customer requested a proposal for repairs to the damaged areas in the master bedroom closet. This includes, drywall patching, painting, carpeting and closet organizer. The customer also requested a proposal for removing and replacing the existing jetted, roman tub with a new a customer provided roman tub and tub filler. Upon attempting to install the customer supplied tub, it was discovered that that new tub did was too small to cover the existing opening for the old tub. The least expensive option was to find travertine tile that was a close match for the original tile, remove the pieces of tile need to close the gaps around the new tub and install the new tile that was a close match. The customer approved the tile we located. It was also discovered that the existing drain line did not line up with the new tub drain hole requiring us to move the drain pipe which is encased in concrete.
