Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2019 Bryant air-conditioning system. Found hinges to disconnect door off technician fixed door. Cleaned condenser left new 16251 filter. 69/49 20 degree deltat. 60 degree ambient temperature. No issues at this time. Customer not interested in surge protection as he recently found out he will be moving soon
