Completion Notes: Perfomed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2013 trane air conditioning system.. found multiple concerns being in voltage absorption unit swollen and not producing capacitance not allowing fan to operate. Presented options hn13 A-E customer chose option c to address fault and add hard start and surge protection systems to unit. Performed repair and cycled unit on. Fan operated upon repair. Found refrigerant low on charge. Informed customer of issue and possibilities moving forward including replacement of evap coil. Leak seal additive, and solely charging system. Presented options HJ7 A-E CUSTOMER CHOSE OPTION b to charge unit and add leak sealant. Performed repair and charge unit. Unit running with 19 degree temperature drop upon departure.
