Ben came out right away to address a smell we had. He had determined there was a leak due to our plumber not tightening a connection. Ben was unbelievable. He was extremely professional and is an expert in his field. He was very patient and Thorough as he tested many different parts of the house. He also spent the time to educate me and even went to the neighbors to borrow a ladder which he personally carried. I have not had such caring and professional service like Ben provided in a very long time. We are developers and After my experience with Ben we are 100% using Townsend again for our next project which will be ready next month and for all those thereafter. I heard a noise when the boiler turned on, which wasn't familiar. I called Townsend Energy this morning, and Brian Mutascio came by. His expertise and knowledge pinpointed the problem which he fixed I appreciate his help today, and feel that more serious problems were avoided. I am very grateful!

Joe sent his two techs, Ben and Manny, out immediately upon notice to our Plum Island house where the coastal flooding at high tide dislodged our 2 700 lb propane tanks from their pad. Ben and Manny worked very hard in the pouring rain to move the tanks out of the sand. Not an easy task by any means. They even came back to make sure the ropes that the Fire Dept had used to keep the tanks from floating away was retrieved to rolled up for them. They had a somewhat daunting task and performed excellently. Joe called to follow up and gave us insight to what will happen next, Kudos to all.
