Mike is one of the best technician i had working on my furnace very well knowledge about everything he was doing and explaining everything thing he was doing and performing .This was the 4th person we have had out here with a different problem each time , yes i know have and old furnace but with Townsend technician they keep it going now after talking with Mike i need to be looking to update my furnace with the Townsend people . great job Mike !!!!
