Agent was polite and and helped right away I had a credit card on file with petro and I received a bill so I called to see why they where not charging me and the agent explained the credit card info never got switched over so I gave herb my info and paid my bill up .

I needed a new furnace and researched providers in my area! Some didn’t call back! Townsend did very nice service had someone out within days for quote totally reasonable!!! Installed within a week all in one day! Service team knew what they were doing and educated me on overall unit! Great service and quantity!! I even recommended them to a friend who also needed a new furnace!!Thanks so much!!
