My washer started acting up. Cristina came the next day and diagnosed the problem. She clearly showed me and explained it. After discussing it with her I decided that due to the age and the cost of the repair I am buying a new washer. She even advised me as to which brands to avoid and which ones to consider based on her experience. I appreciated her knowledge and honesty. Will use them again when needed.
