My experience with Appliance Works was excellent. Communication was great. Tech showed up on time. I appreciate that Cristina made sure all software was up to date before beginning any expensive repair. This step added an extra day to the repair time, but with all the technology in modern appliances it only makes sense to make sure all updates are applied before replacing major parts of the unit. I would definitely use Appliance Works again!
