We are very happy with the service we have received from Appliance Works. Our service appointment was scheduled and Cristina arrived as scheduled. She was able to diagnose the issues with our ice makers. She identified the parts required for the repairs and had them ordered before she left. Cristina arrived as scheduled to install the new parts for the ice maker. She quickly removed the failed part and replaced it was the new one. She even cleaned the radiator coils since the refrigerator was partially disassembled. Cristina did a wonderful job and we won’t hesitate to call Appliance Works if needed in the future.
