Arrived onsite this afternoon and talked to the wife when we arrived. They had just purchased the home and had a whole list of things to look at printed out, and i talked to them about a very in depth inspection vs a simple one of the sorts they were discussing. We determined before we started they needed a whole home inspection so we converted over to that immediately. Me and Tyler went and did a whole home inspection from the attic, to the panel, outside the home, inside the home, and inside every box as well. We found they dodged the aluminum wiring era but that nothing had been updated since the house was built. They have no smoke detectors in the entire home so i explained the process of hardwiring them throughout then home, i discussed the replacement of the panel and the 200 am heavy up that i recommend doing as well.
