Arrived onsite and took a look at the 3 fans the resident wanted replaced first. They were all in upstairs bedrooms, but they all had a wobble to them as well so i discussed inspecting the boxes while up there, and like in the master, we found there was no box so we had to install one for the fan. We worked room by room to knock out all 3 fans, do the whole home assessment, and today they would just like to get all 3 fans replaced and done properly. I wrote up some options, we discussed them and then we got to work. I did find the fan in the master bedroom to not have a box above it so we had to cut one in, but otherwise we got all 3 fans up and verified working via their remotes, and then did a final walkthrough once we finished cleaning up. We will take all the fans to dispose of them for the resident.
