Job Checkin

Today's visit was due to a power loss in the bathrooms and exterior circuit. Throughout the troubleshooting process, we discovered a burned up neutral in the basement utility area that caused the power loss of the bathroom/exterior circuit. There was also a power loss in the living room and downstairs bedroom at one receptacle that was caused by the device being backstabbed and the connection being lost. We took note of the fact that the devices throughout the home being all original to the home, the overall power loss/retention of the circuits will only persist until the underlying backstabbing issue is resolved in the areas of the home excluding the devices replaced on the bathroom circuit. We replaced all devices on said circuit, which included 4 GFCIs in the bathrooms, a receptacle in the utility room, and a weather-resistant GFCI/in-use cover on the exterior. The receptacles we replaced in the living room and basement bedroom are not warrantable, we offered to estimate for a whole
