The reason for today’s visit was to check the family room recess light that was not working, as well as to ride pricing to replace two customer supplied lights. First light was located in the kitchenette area is a hanging chandelier that he will be replacing with a flush mount fixture. The second light is located on the front of the garage, and is a motion floodlight that is roughly 10 foot in the air. while performing my safety inspection, I did find that there was extreme amount of rust on the bus bar and breakers and logs inside of the right 200 amp panel. I provided pricing options to replace the one panel with a permit as well as an option to do both panels at the same time. The panels are original to the home and we’re installed in the late 1980s. The light fixture in the family room was not working due to a bad bulb being inside. We replace the bulb with a bulb from the standing light fixture and the light turned right on
