Richard was very knowledgeable about the systems and answered all of our questions. He was very patient, as we did not have all of the information he needed readily available. Overall a wonderful experience with Confires, as is always the case. Only complaint is that we cannot rate the cost/pricing of the service as we were not told the cost/pricing of the service and that fee is not shown on the work summary we were given,
