Kevin arrived earlier than predicted, which was amazing! He observed the situation, made a determination of what had to be fixed, made a few other recommendations, informed me of the lifetime warranty of any parts used, and was very professional yet personal as well. Excellent service and work!!

Ves repaired a 12' roll-up barn door, and didn't quit until it worked as good as it ever has. It was somewhat pricey, but what isn't these days.

Vester was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. He really knows his trade. I've used Action for years and will continue to do so. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was very polite, as well. I was impressed by how quickly they were able to get out here. And I especially liked the courtesy call prior to Vester's arrival. Nice touch.
