Terry, I'm sorry for any confusion. This is the first time we have been out since you purchased the lifetime warranty springs. While there is no charge for the parts there is a labor charge associated with it. We also changed out the spring that wasn't broken for a prorated amount as well as performed a door and opener tune up. We have switched to high cycle springs so your new springs should last twice as long as your previous pair did. We hope that the service provided and value offered compensates for any confusion. I have a new home built by a production home builder. After 18-months after buying my house my roll-up garage door failed. Of course the garage door only had a 12-month warranty which was a surprise to me. Action was very responsive to my request for service. I was given the option to repair or replace. I opted for repair. The repair was excellent. The door is better than the original installation by the builder. I highly recommend Action. P.S. The production builder was Pulte Homes. If you should happen to buy a Pulte Home be sure to have a third-party inspection performed on your home prior to closing.

I really appreciate the great service, attention to detail, ease of communication, timely arrival, and knowledgeable technicians! This time, it was Jake who came to fix our problem. He was friendly, of course, and easily diagnosed the problems. He had the necessary parts on his truck and repaired the door, taking time to explain the issue and exactly what he was doing to fix it.
