When repair happened we were without power. Rep told me how to reset opener. If I had a problem, call and operator would walk me through it. Operator didn't have a clue and said she would have someone call. Call never happened, but I figured it out.

John was very prompt, answered all of my questions and explained the best process for replacing my opener and servicing my golf cart door opener. We use Action for our home in the city so we’re happy that they could service our weekend home as well!

Initial experience was not timely and confused. Finally received the customer service I expected. John the tech was very knowledgeable and experienced. Management worked with me providing the right price for operator. I appreciate their efforts to be fair.
