Cory showed up and analyzed the problem quickly and efficiently. He corrected an alignment issue with the right hand track, he also corrected the alignment issue with the sensors and reset the safety features on the opener. We will continue to request that he service our garage doors in the future

Excellent work, pricing explained clearly (showing me the broken spring as he takes it off makes things clear). To use the common phrase of "goes the extra miles," Cory Bell suggested my making a phone video of his lubricating the key parts of the door so I could have a better chance of my doing regular maintenance successfully.
