Jose' was so great! He proceeded to the garage doorand did a quick evaluation and then went to work right away. I needed a new set of springs. I went for the lifetime warranty set because they were not much more than the 5 year warranty set. After disassembling all necessary parts, he showed me that I also needed the end rollers that the cables wind onto. They were worn out and so were the bearing plates which I replaced too. About 30 minutes later he had everything reassembled and my garage door was working better that it had ever worked before! Thanks Jose'!!

They sent a technician over within 3 hours of me calling them. The tech was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained very clearly what the problem was and fixed the issue within an hour. Everything was very well done, would recommend 5/5.

Vester came out to make sure my 5 year old garage door was still operating right. He explained everything he was doing - adjusting and oiling the springs and lubing up all the joints and wheels. I learned a lot. Vester is a master of his craft and service was top notch.

They quoted me $35 plus parts and labor. They were here 15 minutes and added some lubricant and charged me $243. Do but use these people

He presented the $99.00 door tune up and $89.00 opener tune with our service fee for a total amount of $223.00, not $243.00. The estimate was presented to you, agreed upon and signed for prior to our technician performing the work. Again, I’m sorry that you felt there wasn’t more value for the money spent however 30 minutes is more than an adequate allotted time to perform comprehensive maintenance on the door and opener.
