Installed new motor but did not complete the installation of keypad and camera. When I called after I checked their work they wanted to charge $85 to come complete the installation. No go guys. Finish the job you were hired for. Manager called me back to argue rather than fix the issue.

Brandon, We offered to install your keypad at the time of service however your wife asked us not to. Our technician did however pogrom it for you so that when or if you decided to mount it, it was ready to go. In regards to your camera it works fine however your wife’s phone would not pick up your WIFI, only your neighbors. We do not have control over your internet service so asked that your reach out to your provided. Our manger did reach out to you after you said that you were going to reverse the charges for the brand-new unit that you had installed. You refused to listen to him and hung up on him, again threatening to reverse the charges. We are more than willing to assist you, however need to be able to discuss it in a calm and reasonable manner. Please reach back out to us so that we may come to a resolution.

Great job, came out the same day. The spring system required a conversion and Carl came out first thing the next morning and installed. He was very personable, an excellent company representative, explained everything that he needed as going to do and got immediately to work. I was very impressed and will use him for my annual service.
