Shaun O'Hara was my technician and he was exceptional. Admittedly, he had big shoes to fill as the earlier technician, Jose Torres was great as well. I found Shaun to be timely, knowledgeable, and efficient with my service. He was quite communicative and informative. He insured to brief me in detail of the services being rendered, complete with thorough explanations and pictures. Not once did I feel as if he was attempting to upsell or being disingenuous. Lastly he was tidy and left my garage in immaculate condition. Thank you, Action Doors for being a prudent and discerning employer of great talent.
