Claim # 058601856 Tech attempted to repair the cracked drain line in the wall. Additional access was required for repair through stucco. Once pipe was cut tech located a splinter all the way down into Into the concrete footing approx. 10". We will need to breach the footing in order to access the sudden break in the pipe. This estimate includes the additional access in the stucco as well as breaching the footing for the repair on the ABS Drain line. Pipe repair estimate will be given after it is accessed.
Technician performed routine maintenance on a hot water storage tank. Pulled out debris.and calcium deposits. Age of water heater is 3 years old. Client wanted to be on top of maintenance. Client denied any services to be completed on faults found

Gold member, water heater flushed did have small deposits. Water heater was installed a year ago. Client has 3 old style angle stops in home. Declined service to replace till after the holidays.
For this job, we did complete heat tuneup, making sure that the entire system was safety checked with a 45 point inspection
Install customer supply toilet in master bath
Hot and Cold Water Line Renovation for Kitchen Reroute the hot and cold piping from the water heater platform to the manifold behind the refrigerator. Reconnect hot and cold to the master bathroom above the kitchen. Then run hot and cold up across the ceiling to the kitchen sink. This will eliminate the underground piping in the kitchen area only so when the new kitchen is built back there will be no worries about future slab leaks.
Customer wanted me to check his pressure wasn’t interested in a pressure regulator.
