We appreciated the timely service. Wasnt expecting the cost associated with the mainline clear-out. Not the $99 range for the Smell Good Plumber. Guerrero did a great job clearing the pipe, everything is flowing. But the equipment used stained our walk way.

So this job, I clean the coils the refrigerant levels check the outdoor electrical went upstairs and check the ducks. Check the insulation check the ceiling of the ducks went to the heat pump checked all the components checked the filter.
Break out the stucco on the outside of the wall. Access the pipe where the pinhole leak is repair pipe with two 1/2 couplings, and a new piece of pipe. Repair stucco hole

Diagnosed the 12k mini split and found a communication problem from the indoor to outdoor unit. The circuit board not sending signal to the outdoor system. Need to finds the availability on the circuit board. Sandra doesn’t want to invest money into the mini split at this time and just do central ac. Sent options to replace the mini split and to install a central heat pump
For this job, I diagnosed the AC system. It wasn’t working upon call up upon the thermostat jumped it at the circuit board inside the furnace and the system works fine. Previous repairs were done on it and those weren’t the issue issue. We’re having here is a communication problem between the thermostat and the circuit not turning it on Main Fix to replace the thermostat

For this job, I worked on the outdoor unit found the contactor and to run capacitor were broken. Replaced the capacitor and individually ran the fan motor and compressor to its own capacitor. Installed a new two pole contactor. System is working properly at this time also insured that the refrigerant levels are adequate. Filters were clean.
