Water lines tie 1/2 pex hot cold from the water heater. Run to the ceiling exposed run across the ceiling exposed drop back down to designated laundry area Gas line: tie in 1/2 gas from the water heater to the designated laundry area Waste: tie into the existing laundry sewer line as low as possible run it under the water heater stand once popped out the water heater stand you can run it exposed the rest of the way. Dryer vent: run dryer vent 10ft to left of the dryer.
