Rescheduling for next week so we can locate drain before estimate
Install a new American made blower capacitor at 10 MFD. This acts as a start assist or a battery and protect the blower motor from overheating. Heating tune up other than the missing air scrubber and UV germicidal light checked out good. Heater is working properly at this time. The low air flow upstairs is due to the design of the home and unless the system is moved to the attic there isn’t a sufficient way to get the proper heating and cooling to the far bedroom. Close the bathroom and other room sharing the wall to get more air to daughters too
For this job we added 3.1 pounds of r410a into the unit, did a deep clean of the condenser coils and the outside unit itself . Check the ducts for leakage and took out the filter near the furnace for better airflow . Add refrigerant and weigh in per pound
For this job we identified that the compressor wires burned out, we replaced the wires and the contactor that was under warranty. From there we cleaned the coils and compressor fan. System running great after cleaning

Provide and install shower valve Extract old aand replace with new cartridge
Attempted to rebuild toilet tank. Found hair line crack on tank allowing water to drop between tank and bowl. Replaced with new toilet. Recommend water damage mitigation to avoid mold in walls.
Install bidet and no charge to adjust shower handle that was spinning all the way around.
