The technician was a really nice guys. But he came to just tune up the unit. But for some reason it’s ruining worse than before he came. The company had him come back to look at it. But nothing was resolved so I’m stuck with a low pressure unit

He saw the leak, didn't dig around it to further analyze it. Said it was too thin copper ans too old. I had someone else come look and they totally dug around the copper piping and saw the tubing was fairly new(for plumbing age) and suggested a much faster and cheaper method. Worked fine.

Excellent service, got my A/C back in working order quickly today without having to leave and go get parts. Tim & John came prepared to do the a/c service special, diagnosed that my system had a short that melted some of the parts, and they got the unit cleaned and repaired quickly.

My entire system needed replacing, and a friend recommended Tim Eagleson and his team at RT Olsen. I received an extremely low quote compared with other companies and decided to give them the job. They showed up on time, installed everything, and hauled away the old equipment in less than 6 hours. Tim showed me how to change the filter on the heat pump, which kind of filter to buy and how often to switch them out, and how to operate the new smart thermostat with my phone. The team was courteous and professional from start to finish, and Tim went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done right and everything was working as it should before he left. I'm very pleased with their work and recommend them highly!

Add enough refrigerant to get a 20° split between the supply and the return Added the refrigerant system is cooling by 20 to 19° split. Pressures are great sealed the evaporator coil housing and removed blower motor cleaned it outside. Took pictures. Ran system working great at this time.
Technician installed softner ran pvc drain acoss 10’ into drain Re worked clean out to adapt 1 1/2” pvc ptrap for discharge line. Reworked main water line stubbed to under house.
Clean the entire condensing unit, took it apart and vacuumed all the leaves out cleaned all the sensors tightened to collect electrical connections checked volts amps and pressures and temperature splits uploaded with pictures. System is working well now replaced filter 20 x 20 by one.
