My entire system needed replacing, and a friend recommended Tim Eagleson and his team at RT Olsen. I received an extremely low quote compared with other companies and decided to give them the job. They showed up on time, installed everything, and hauled away the old equipment in less than 6 hours. Tim showed me how to change the filter on the heat pump, which kind of filter to buy and how often to switch them out, and how to operate the new smart thermostat with my phone. The team was courteous and professional from start to finish, and Tim went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done right and everything was working as it should before he left. I'm very pleased with their work and recommend them highly!

RT Olson Plumbing is agreeing to set up a payment plan for with Jaime Alarcon in the amount of $4,825.00 for a new air conditioning system. The first payment will be due on August 14th and every 14th of the month there after until the loan is paid in full. There will be no interest charged on this loan duration of this payment plan. Jaime agrees to pay $500 every month for 9 months and the remaining $325 due on the 10th month. We will provide a 10 day grace period for all payments due on the 14th. If the payment is made within the grace period there will be no late charge. If Jaime does not pay within the grace period there will be a $25 late fee added to the loan.
