I performed heating maintenances on 2 - 2015 gas systems. I checked amps, capacitors, filters, electrical, cleanliness, and safeties. Jesse and I investigated the air flow issue and gathered data to take back to the office to find a route to a solution. I noticed that the blower wheels are becoming dirty. This can be slowed down by upgrading the filtration to a filter that provides a complete seal. I observed that the drain lines do not have a primary water safety switch. These allow us to protect your home from water damage from clogged drain lines. The furnaces currently don’t have surge protection. To minimize damage from power fluctuations, we advise adding a safety need go ensure the units are safe.
