Preformed single system maintenance on a 2009 Trane furnace. I tested all electrical components and safeties. They all tested within manufacturer specifications. I tested the drain lines I noticed they are draining extremely slow. Also I noticed the blower and ducts were extremely dusty as well. I proceeded to the outside unit where I visually inspected the unit for cleanliness. I noticed that the condenser coil could benefit from a deep cleaning. Also the unit isn’t protected by any type of surge protection. Unit was heating upon departure.
