Upon arrival, I found the system was off. I pulled the disconnect for the office unit and turned it on. I opened the outdoor panel and found a spade connector for the fan motor not connected to the capacitor. I connected it and tested the unit. The system is fully operational, but I did notice an issue on the rise. I observed the sub cooling was high and moving erratically after 15 minutes of run time. I proceeded to the attic and took a temperature split. The temperature split was only an 11. I verified warranty on the airhandler and priced a warranty TXV. I provided 2 options. 1. Replace TXV, refrigerant filter, snd reuse current refrigerant 2. Replaced TXV, refrigerant filter, and all of the refrigerant. Replacing all of the refrigerant removes the risk of the refrigerant being contaminated and causing another issue.
