Job Checkin

Upon arrival, I found that the thermostat was blank. I proceeded to the attic and discovered a safety lock out code. This systems appears to have had the inducer motor replaced. I discovered the flame sensor wire was burnt up, the manifold is completely matted with soot, and the burners are covered in soot. I checked my gas pressure to the system. I only have 7inwc coming into the gas valve, and it should be 13inwc. I checked the supplied gas pressure through the gas valve. It is reading 2.2inwc, and it should be 3.5inwc. I assume with the low gas supply it caused an incomplete combustion. This caused soot build up and it began lighting the soot. We will need to price for a gas valve, 5 burner manifold, 5 burner guides, and a minor wire repair. I was instructed by the realtor to email the dispatch to the owner. The owner will likely want to get the gas company out asap to perform a pressure test.
