Upon arrival, I found that the unit was completely empty of refrigerant. I visually discovered oil in the airhandler from a leaking evaporator coil. I spoke with the home owner about options to address, and we came to the conclusion that system replacement would be the best options for them. The emergency heat is active and keeping the home warm. We are scheduled to return 1/29 between 10am-12pm to go over replacement options.
