I arrived and replaced the zone board. After tested, I reached out to tech support for some clarification on things. With tech supports help, I was able to get the programming corrected and tested the emergency heat. The system is now able to heat with the heat pump and electric heat. I tested the zoning and found that the downstairs hardly gets air when both zones are operating. I advised the customer to leave the down stairs thermostat on 75 and upstairs on 71 to allow the downstairs to run by itself. This will give better airflow by not sharing it with another zone. System is heating in both cycles upon departure.
