Preformed single system heating maintenance on a 2022 gas furnace. I tested all electrical and safety components. All tested within manufacturer specifications. 122 degrees being supplied to the home. Filter upgrade was just installed and did not need to be changed at the time of the inspection. Filter size is Aprilaire 610. I visually inspected the outdoor unit. All was in proper working order. I did mention to the client about some rust build up on the capacitor. Client would like to revisit in the spring maintenance. Unit was heating upon departure
