I performed 2 heating maintenances on 2016 gas systems. I checked amps, filters, electrical, cleanliness, and safeties. I discovered a couple issues and concerns on the equipment. The emergency pan for the upstairs unit is becoming rusted, neither system has a water safety switch, both units have filthy blowers, and the downstairs unit has a faulty high limit switch. I cleaned the dryer vent during the visit and collect. I spoke with the homeowner about my findings, but was not able to go over options to address these areas of concerns. I emailed the options to the customer.
