Measured temperature differential from supply to return. 20 degrees measured. 14. Tested capacitor and contactor (outdoor electrical) 15. Rinsed condenser unit to promote heat exchange 16. Tested emergency heat and found no issues Checked all wire connections in made sure everything was tight. Found drain line was draining slowly. I went ahead and cleared drain line as a courtesy as this is the first visit since install. Spoke with homeowner about options for air purification since they did say, they suffered
