Preformed 2 system cooling maintenance on a 2024 and 2022 Goodman gas unit. I tested all electrical components on the inside units. All tested within manufacturer specifications. I checked for cleanliness of the ducts and blower wheel. Both u it’s could benefit from a thorough cleaning. I changed both filters 16x25x4 and 20x25x4. I left estimates to have all concerns addressed. I proceeded to the outside units where I tested all electrical components , run and start amps of the compressor. The downstairs unit was testing within manufacturer specifications. The upstairs unit was starting up at over 100 amps out of 112 and the capacitor was beginning to show signs of oxidation and the Contactor was testing at 19.8 ohms out of 20 ohms. I left estimates for adding he compressor saver bundle to the upstairs unit. Also talked about surge protection as well. Units were cooling upon departure.
