Preformed overall inspection of the smell coming from the unit. We found that the best solution for the system and homeowner is to add fresh air to the system along with adding a supply and return to the attic since it is spray foamed. Without this it is causing high humidity problems and rusting a lot of the metal out. We also talked about adding Aprilaire return box to the unit. Also we check the out door condenser fan motor. The grate had broken holding the motor and needs to be addressed. Provided estimates to customer about the solutions. Unit was heat/cooling upon departure.
