Heat preventative maintenance on 3 heat pumps from 2022(bedrooms unit), 2023(main unit), and 2022(master bedroom unit). Systems are using Aprilaire filter sizes 210 and 410 which customer provided and we changed today, there’s still more filters for next visit. During our inspection we checked temperatures, checked electrical connections and components, inspected the heat kits to make sure they’re turning on and off on demand, inspected the systems for dirt buildup, tested the performance of the heat pumps outside, and cleaned the dryer vent with today’s visit. On the bedroom unit we did find the drain pan to have rust, we informed the customer and we will reevaluate when we come back on the next visit. Overall the systems are running and heating properly, I do recommend adding surge protection to his other units to protect it from any electrical interference. Systems are running upon departure and customer renewed their vip membership today.
