Upon arrival, I instantly found that the building with the kitchen in it is having a humidity issue. I investigated the attic spaces and thermostats. I found that the units are clashing for one. 2 of the 3 thermostats are set to 75 cool and the other is set to 68. This would cause humidity to be produces especially with the main gathering area is all windows. Also, it appears that at some point they had a roof/water leak issue due to damage that was visually observed. I adjusted all the thermostats to 70 degrees to even out the building and allow run time to pull the humidity out. If the issue persists, we can replace thermostats that offer a dehumidification option or add dehumidifiers.
