Job Checkin

Arrived on site for no heat on Goodman 90% furnace. Upon initial inspection I found water stains trailing down from flue pipe and landing on top of unit and trailing down the front of the door. I then inspected inside the unit and found water stains inside blower compartment and behind circuit board. I also noticed there was no indicator lights light up on the control board. Tested R to W and found 27 volts. Tested power to control board and found 120 volt coming in. Confirmed bad control board due to water damage coming from flue pipe to the roof. Informed customer he would need to get the seal on the roof addressed and I would need the circuit board in hand to further test the unit to ensure everything else is working properly. Advised customer we would give him a call once we have the board in hand.
