Upon arrival, customer stated it is the same issue from last time. I could not replicate the issue. I ohmed the compressor, checked start amps, capacitor, incoming voltage, wires, run amps, and contactor. My only suggestion is adding a hard start kit and setting up the system on the trane home app. The app will allow for us to remotely view the operation of the equipment. This will limit unnecessary service call expense. Customer declined my assistance in setting up the app and the hard start kit. Collected via check.
