Preformed single system cooling maintenance 2008. I tested all electrical components on the inside unit. All tested within manufacturer specifications. I checked for cleanliness of the system. The system could benefit from a deep cleaning of the full system. I treated drain lines. We talked about installing a better filtration system. I proceeded outside where I found the condenser to be extremely dirty. Also I tested all the electrical components. Unit could benefit from having all electrical components replaced and adding a hard start kit to help with over amping and prolonging the life of the unit. Unit was cooling upon departure.
