I checked amps, capacitors, filters, electrical, cleanliness, and safeties. The systems are performing as intended with minimal concern. I spoke with the homeowner and advised that drain treatment would be a great idea due to past history of the equipment. The downstairs blower wheel is reasonably dirty.
