Estimate on a duct cleaning. Upon arrival customer stated that she’s selling the house and has a showing this weekend. Customer is wanting her ductwork cleaned to remove any odor in the house that might be unpleasant for a buyer. During my inspection I checked the ductwork and found them to be dirty, I showed my pictures to the customer and she agreed that they could use a cleaning. We will perform level duct cleaning on a single system home this Wednesday August 27th, we will arrive between 8am-9am. I also informed the customer about our air purification system to help purify the air and help remove odors but she isn’t interested at this time and only wants to do the duct cleaning for now. Customer is paying with a check and paid a $250 non-refundable deposit today via check.
