Preformed Dryer Vent Cleaning. Preformed 2 system heating maintenance gas systems. I tested all electrical components and safeties on both units in the attic, along with cleanliness. All electrical components and safeties were testing within manufacturer specifications. Overall cleanliness of the unit was satisfactory. Clients filters did not need to be changed at the time of inspection. I ran air advice to test the air quality throughout the home. Air advice report came back testing very good air quality. I did notice both units inside and outside did not have surge protection on them. I provided estimates to have full system surge protection installed to both upstairs and downstairs units. I placed both thermostats back to cooling and both were cooling upon departure.
