Preformed single system heating maintenance on a 2022 communicating gas furnace. I tested all electrical components on the inside unit. All tested within manufacturer specifications. I did changed the filter for the client. Filter size is Aprilaire 213. I did find that the blower wheel has dust build up on the fins. This can cause drag and not allow the blower to work at full capacity. It also could result in having the motor prematurely fail. A cleaning of the blower wheel and assembly could help prevent any issue that may occur. I proceeded to visually inspect the outside unit. I found the outside unit to be in good proper working order. Unit was back to clients set point on the thermostat and working properly upon departure.
