Upon arrival I spoke with the client. He stated that the unit was froze into a block of ice outside. I proceeded to the outside u it where I found the unit to be cloaked in ice. I noticed power not being fed into the board itself. I proceed to the air handler in the attic where I found the power wire to have been broken off inside the wire nut. I did repair the wire and tested all modes to ensure everything was working properly. Defrost mode is currently on and going on the outside unit with emergency heat strips working as well.
