Today I arrived on site and performed a summer tune-up on the system. Indoor Unit (Air Handler - Attic): Checked the pleated 1" filter (20X20X1), recently changed this week. Verified the indoor coil is in good, clean condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump - Back Yard): Cleaned the outdoor coil, which was already in good condition. Electrical Components: Tested and confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. System Components: Inspected and confirmed the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good working order. Measurements & Adjustments: Measured a return air temperature of 70.0°F and a supply air temperature of 53.0°F. Cleared the condensate drain line, cleaned out the primary pan, and tested the safety switch. Additional Actions: Dusted the return grills and thermostat. Restored power to the
